Rough start but ended well

Today started out a little rough, but it ended well. I honestly think doing some type of workout in the morning helps to clear my mind and jump start my day. I seriously got no sleep last night, but I really didn’t feel tired today. I have no clue as to why. Maybe since I am eating better I have a ton more energy?

I am eating out this weekend because it’s by best friend’s birthday, but I plan on making some really good choices.

I have also started taking two showers a day. This is incredibly relaxing and helps me clear my head and wind down for the evening.

Another help for tip for less stressful mornings: I already know what I am wearing for work the next day, and I try to do as much prep as I can for my lunch and morning coffee/workout etc. Yay!

I also have spent a lot of the day laughing. This has made me immensly happy and glide through the day with ease.

Each happiness of yesterday is a memory for tomorrow.
